Zack Bryers' has gone from being a homeless teenager, a soldier in Afghanistan, a gridiron player for Australia, to now being a 24/7 youth care worker, and a loving partner and Father. Along with Zack's many achievements, receiving the award for Outstanding Youth Worker of the Year for the ACT is definitely one of his greatest.

In the past month, approximately 1700 to 2000 people have been homeless in the ACT. St John's Care aims to help those living week-to-week, who can't afford to eat and who are suffering from domestic violence and homelessness.

The Snow Foundation just celebrated its 25th year of business, in which they have distributed 18.4 million dollars across 235 organisations and more than 200 individuals, and YouthCare Canberra is lucky enough to be one of them.
